Kristy Withers founded Source Haus after 15 years building, sourcing and scaling product businesses.
As the founder of Incy Interiors, she grew a product brand to more than $50 million in sales across nine countries. Along the way, she dealt with the parts of manufacturing most founders are never prepared for: wrong samples, confusing quotes, quality issues, production delays, high MOQs, margin pressure and supplier communication that makes you want to throw your laptop into the sea.
Source Haus exists to make that process clearer, safer and more commercially sound for product founders.
Because finding a factory is not the hard part. Finding the right factory, and knowing how to work with them properly, is where the real value is.

He works closely with factories and manufacturers to support supplier communication, sourcing research, product requirements and production follow-up, helping clients move through the manufacturing process with more confidence and clarity.

Pratibha brings more than 10 years of experience across product development, sourcing and production coordination in India. She supports supplier communication, sampling, product details and production follow-up, helping keep projects organised as they move from concept to sample and production.

Head of International Business
LK brings more than 20 years of experience across sourcing, production management and supplier relationships throughout Asia. He has worked with Kristy for more than 16 years, managing Incy Interiors' production across Malaysia, China, Vietnam and Taiwan. Fluent in seven languages, LK supports Source Haus clients with supplier research, factory relationships, production planning and on-ground sourcing across China and Southeast Asia. He brings the kind of practical manufacturing experience that helps founders understand what suppliers can really deliver, not just what they promise.

Product & Production Management
JY has supported Kristy throughout the years Incy Interiors was manufacturing, working alongside LK across supplier and production management. An accountant by trade, she brings a sharp eye for detail, systems and commercial clarity to the Source Haus team. Fluent in seven languages, JY supports factory management across China and Southeast Asia, helping with supplier coordination, production details, communication and follow-up so projects stay organised and moving.

Leo has also supported Kristy throughout the years Incy Interiors was manufacturing, bringing hands-on experience across supplier communication and production support. At Source Haus, Leo manages factory communication and quality assurance, helping keep suppliers accountable, production details clear and quality checks on track. His role is to make sure the details do not get lost between sample approval, production and delivery, which is usually where the expensive mistakes like to hide.
